2026 internships and Happy Holidays

Dear readership,

It is time to wind down for many but just before, here are a few messages from us!

The 2026–2027 Young Canada Works (YCW) funding cycle is now open. The application portal opened on November 14th, 2025 (apologies for the late notice, and will remain available until January 15th, 2026). Please click on employer guide for more details and click here to create an account and submit your application.

The Student Work Placement (SWP) program will accept new applications in January 2026. The daily drop-in information sessions are on hiatus from December 22nd and onwards for the Holidays. Join us daily from January 5th onwards between 1pm and 1:30pm EST.

Nicola.schneider@cwc-coc.ca is around to help with any active SWP placements till January 5th.
